About the cocktail

The Whoopi, Inspired by a dessert, specifically a Limoncello Whoopie Pie with a Raspberry Vodka Creme filling, this cocktail is light and rich in flavor. Starting with a soft lemon cake palate, the cocktail finishes with the raspberry filling. Perfect for a shot or over ice.

Ingredients

  • 3 oz (~90ml) Limoncello
  • 1 oz (~30ml) Raspberry Vodka
  • 1/2 cup Evaporated Milk

Instructions

Mix all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Share very well. Pour into an old-fashioned glass. Cheers!
